Tickets

The Tickets system provides a comprehensive ticket management solution for servers, allowing users to create support tickets and administrators to manage them effectively.

Server Admin Setup

Set Ticket Manager Role

/tickets manager-role <role>

Features:

  • Sets which role can manage tickets

  • Role must be below bot's highest role

  • Requires "Manage Roles" permission

  • Role must be manageable by the user setting it

Set Up Tickets UI

/tickets ui <channel> [tickets_ui_image_url] [tickets_ui_embed_text]

Features:

  • Creates a ticket creation interface in specified channel

  • Automatically creates a "Tickets" category

  • Customizable UI elements (Pro/Enterprise only)

  • Default UI for free package

Important Notes

  1. Role Hierarchy

    • Ticket manager role must be below bot's role

    • Role must be manageable by the setting user

    • Administrator permission bypasses role hierarchy

  2. Channel Management

    • Bot needs permission to create channels

    • Tickets are created in a dedicated category

    • Category is created automatically if not exists

  3. UI Customization

    • Free package uses default UI

    • Pro/Enterprise can customize text and image

    • Image URLs must be valid

  4. Security

    • Only authorized roles can manage tickets

    • Ticket channels are properly permissioned

    • System maintains proper access control
